How Gift Aid can increase your donation by 25%
If you are a UK tax payer, Gift Aid can top up your donations to Bluntisham Baptist Church by 25% at no extra cost to you. Gift Aid is a UK government scheme allowing charities and community groups to increase the value of donations made to them.
So for every £1 you donate to our church, HMRC will add 25p. To allow us to claim Gift Aid on your donations you must:
- have paid the same amount or more in Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax in that tax year
- make a Gift Aid declaration that gives us permission to claim it
