Overview of the Bible
Do you ever wish you
understood better how the various books of the Bible all fit together? Want to
know your Deuteronomy from your Judges? What's the relationship of the Old
Testament to the New Testament? Want something that will help you get to know
your Bible better in 2008? It’s based on the popular
course that some attended at Leading Edge last year that many people found very
helpful. The aim is to bring out the ‘Big Story’ that runs through the whole of
the Bible from beginning to end, and to see how all the books fit together
chronologically. We’ll be keeping it pretty simple, using video clips and lots
of opportunity for all those questions you’ve always wanted to ask but were
embarrassed to do so. Come and join us for Sunday 20th January, Sunday 17th February, and Sunday 16th March at 7.30 - 9pm in the Church. Bring your own Bible if you have one. We hope you can come!
